Title: Tested and works great - As Fast as Regular Speed CF

Item Resource Page: Generic-SDHCtoCFTypeIIAdapter

Pros: - I confirmed that the device with my Transcend 16GB SDHC card was as fast as my full CF card, and I was able to take 8 shots at full resolution in a burst and they saved to the card quickly after that.
- Works in Memory Card readers well, allowing faster reading in some readers than through the SD Slot directly

- With 16GB SD cards going for $20 CAD and 16GB Micro-SDs for $25 CAD and 16GB CF cards costing $40-300+ depending on the source - this is great deal and a very very useful item

- A bonus Pro is that there are many reports online that you can use an Eye-Fi WiFi SD card to transmit your pictures straight from the Rebel XT and other similar cameras straight to the computer over Wifi - there is currently no CF card I know of that can do that on its own.

Cons: - Note that results may vary depending on your SD Card - slow SD cards will not become faster with this adapter. However fast ones will still be fast.
- Only works in type II slots (Most CF Cams support this, but you should confirm first)
- Side loading, so you need to remove the card from the camera in most instances to get at it.

Price Paid: $12.50 USD

Overall Rating: 9/10

Other Info: For what it does, it does it well. I got my adapter from eBay by checking different listings and then grabbing one in auction when it was still below the average Buy it Now Price.

Works great with my Rebel XT with Trancend 16GB Card - no complaints
